Our concept: To present a case/cases from the radiology resident’s practice that have put him/her in a situation where he/she was: - confused and unsure what to do - he/she knew what to do, but the case was more complicated than usual and a different approach was needed - he/she knew what to do, did great and wants to use the situation as an example of how to deal with certain pathology Sometimes the nightmares can be of the social kind: - you and your technician have different opinions on how to approach the study - the clinicians do not give you enough information or lead you down a wrong path with their presumed diagnosis - the surgeons are standing right behind you, tapping nervously with their foot and waiting for an answer - to operate or not!?
